The Front Range Internship is an 11-month internship program designed to develop and deploy individuals who feel as though full-time vocational ministry or leadership development within the church is a path God has called them to pursue. The internship will give each individual the wisdom, skills and character formation needed for ministry, as well as help each individual discern their specific call.
Each intern will choose one area of ministry focus and will gain experience and opportunities within that area of ministry throughout the program. In addition, interns will be given assignments and opportunities to learn from some of the best leaders in the country in order to gain leadership wisdom and skills that will serve them in ministry and other areas of life.
Here is an example of the typical weekly schedule for interns. Total 16-18 hours a week.
- Ministry hours:
- Sunday from 6am – 1pm (7 hours)
- Ministry specific hours based on needs and your schedule (4 hours)
- Group learning and training on Tuesdays from 1pm-4pm (3 hours)
- Home assignments (2-4 hours)
